Cancellation Policy

By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You also grant Kimberly Jackson Photography permission to photograph and/or record you during your session. Booking & Retainer: A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session and is applied toward your total session fee. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer is received. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Rescheduling is not available. Missed appointments or cancellations may require a new retainer. Sessions may be rescheduled by the photographer due to severe weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. Late Policy: A 10-minute grace period is provided. Late arrival may result in a shortened or canceled session. Image Delivery: Final edited images are typically delivered within 4 weeks. Larger projects may require additional processing time. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Copyright & Usage: Kimberly Jackson Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images and video. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use, including printing, personal branding, portfolios, and social media. Images may not be sold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Kimberly Jackson Photography may use images for its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, marketing, publications, and other promotional purposes.
