Cancellation Policy

Sessions are limited. First-come, first-served. Rescheduling is possible if the photographer has availability. Please contact the photographer for questions about rescheduling. Delivery timelines for final photos vary depending on your session date. Requests to rephotograph any images will require booking a new session at full price, with no discounts applied. Re-shoots are not guaranteed and will only be scheduled if the client agrees to the new session fee and if the photographer is available. Production includes editing and finalizing photos, and availability may vary. Clients should consult with the photographer prior to requesting any re-shoots. The client hereby grants permission and fully consents to being photographed by Kimberly Jackson Photography and Kimberly Jackson. The photographer, Kimberly Jackson, are granted an irrevocable, worldwide, and perpetual license to use the videos and photographs captured by the photographer for any and all purposes, including but not limited to: editorial, advertising, commercial, product promotion, marketing, publicity, printing, publishing, exhibition, personal projects, collaborations with other companies, and broadcasting. Such use may extend to any medium or platform, including websites, publications, printing companies, marketing collateral, design projects, billboards, television, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other social media ad platforms), social media posting (including stories, reels, and posts), event promotion, and all other advertising or promotional campaigns. Kimberly Jackson and Kimberly Jackson Photography are granted full rights to sell, license, and trade photographs and videos from the photo session for profit to other companies, platforms, and third parties. All clients acknowledge and agree that Kimberly Jackson Photography holds the sole copyright and complete ownership of all photographs and videos captured during the session. The client and any associated parties are strictly prohibited from posting, sharing, distributing, or leaking any proofs from the session. Client usage for any permitted publication (including but not limited to websites, magazines, newspapers, social media, comp cards, and advertising materials), the model must provide visible accreditation to the photographer, Kimberly Jackson, and/or Kimberly Jackson Photography. This credit must appear clearly.
